Hemant & Nandita

Designer duo Hemant & Nandita have announced two new associations in the
International market with e-commerce giant - Amazon and Luxury Retail store
-Neiman Marcus.

Since they launched the label in 2006, the duo has built up a base of
discerning buyers, e-retail platforms and luxury boutiques across the world.

The recent association with Amazon is another feather in their cap. Amazon
will be retailing an exclusive loungewear collection under the Hemant &
Nandita brand name - making them the first Indian women's wear designer label to
do so.

The line, which is presently available on the website, has been designed to
provide comfort in classic silhouettes such as terry-backed crewneck pullovers,
drawstring shorts and straight-fit sweat pants. Besides being effortlessly
contemporary, these ensembles are meticulously crafted with unique and vibrant
jewel embellishments for an enriched panache.

The Hemant & Nandita label is also set to launch a Cruise/Resort
collection at the American luxury specialty store Neiman Marcus this month. A
range of bohemian maxis, tunics and short dresses in eclectic and unique prints
developed by the designers, will be retailed at various Neiman Marcus stores, as
well as the e-commerce division - NeimanMarcus. The pronounced designs have been
created keeping in mind the Neiman Marcus customer for a universal appeal and to
showcase an aesthetic that reflects International trends while being steeped in
Indian design ethos.

Speaking on the recent brand developments, Hemant & Nandita said, “It has
been an exciting time for us and for the label. It feels great to be associated
with leaders and phenomenal retailers in the International markets. First
working with one of the e-commerce giants of today, and now our association with
Neiman Marcus is definitely another feather in our cap. Through these ventures,
and more, we are taking steps towards building our 'label' into a 'brand'. Our
line of sweatshirts and loungewear pieces available on Amazon, and the exclusive
collection for Neiman Marcus & NeimanMarcus have been developed especially
to target a mass clientele and to represent the Indian design talent through
